Kombucha (A2) Update

I started my latest batch on Friday, when I bottled A1 (which is now fizzy and fantastic, btw), but the temperature in Ventura hasn’t risen above 67 since then. We should start hitting the 70s this week (*fingers crossed*). In the meantime, my SCOBY seems to be hibernating.

Not that I blame her; it’s freezing! (for Southern California, you guys.)
