Thanks for sending a photo. THat is indeed yeast and a normal by product of the fermentation process. A healthy SCOBY should completely cover the top of your tea, so it looks like everything is going well.
If you’d like to minimize the amount of yeast that grows in your next batch, make sure to carefully clean your brew jar and rinse off your SCOBY under clean water before putting it back into your next brew.
