Kombucha (A1) Update

It looks like the temperature here is going to be in the 60s, this week, so I’m going to move my Kombucha to the top of the refrigerator. This will also give me room for more batches, so I can have multiple batches brewing at once.

If I move the fermentation crock (sauerkraut), as well, I can actually reclaim some counter space.
